Product Introduction
Engine: Weichai, air-to-air intercooling, electronically controlled high-pressure common rail engine with a rated power of 170kW. The desert air filter with three-stage filtration can adapt to dusty working conditions; the engine has the advantages of high reliability and high adaptability, and its emissions meet China's fourth-stage standards. The engine has three working modes to meet the use requirements of different working conditions and maximize the use efficiency of the whole machine.
Transmission torque converter: A specially designed energy-saving planetary hydraulic transmission adopts a large-capacity, energy-saving twin-turbine torque converter and a reinforced transmission to achieve a perfect match with the engine.
Drive axle: A reinforced drive axle specially designed for construction machinery is adopted, with stable quality, reliable performance and easy maintenance.
The pilot-operated working hydraulic system is easy to operate and reduces the work intensity of the driver.
The steering hydraulic system adopts a monostable valve structure that is more suitable for the overloaded working conditions of the stone forklift to improve the steering stability and reliability of the whole machine during operation. The steering hydraulic system and the working hydraulic system are independent.
The simple layout of the hydraulic oil tank inlet and return oil structure makes it easier to clean and replace the filter element.
The hydraulic pipeline adopts two seals that meet DIN standards to completely prevent leakage; the hoses at the easily worn parts are equipped with rubber protective sleeves to extend the service life and improve the reliability of the hydraulic pipeline.
The driving brake adopts an air-top oil, caliper disc four-wheel brake system, and the front axle adopts a three-caliper drive axle, which can exert a strong braking force while reducing the burden of each brake piston and improving durability; the brake system adds a dustproof device, and the braking is safer and more reliable.
The new international version of the fully enclosed micro-pressurized air-conditioned cab has a spacious interior and a wide field of vision.
The high-performance shock-absorbing seat with a multi-directional adjustable steering column can meet the use requirements of different drivers.
The new digital combined instrument has fault diagnosis and alarm functions, the joystick is within reach, and the whole machine is comfortable and convenient to operate.
The cab is fully sealed and treated with sound-absorbing and noise-reducing sponge.
The front and rear frames are designed for heavy loads, with thick steel plates, high strength and strong carrying capacity. Reasonable layout, simple structure, reduced profile and irregular welds, strengthened important load-bearing parts, able to withstand torque and impact loads under various working conditions.
Finite element analysis is used for key structural parts to reduce stress concentration, eliminate local weaknesses, and ensure that various dangerous working conditions are met.
The distance between the upper and lower hinge pins of the hinge center is increased, the force at the hinge is dispersed, the stress of the hinge pin is reduced, and the service life of the bearing is increased..
